Service Agreement

By booking our LED video wall services, you enter into a binding agreement with Greenery Video Walls & Ad Solutions. This agreement includes:

Acceptance of our rental rates and service terms
Compliance with our operational guidelines
Responsibility for equipment during rental period
Payment terms as specified in your booking agreement

Vehicle and Equipment Rentals

Our LED Video Wall Stages and Mobile Vans are subject to availability and the following rental conditions:

Fleet Availability

Eicher Pro 2075: 15 vehicles available
Mahindra Veero: 20 vehicles available
Tata Ace Gold: 50 vehicles available
Ashok Leyland Bada Dost: 5 vehicles available
All vehicles are subject to prior booking confirmation

Equipment Standards

All LED displays are tested before deployment
Sound systems are included with all mobile vans
Technical support provided during operation
Regular maintenance and quality checks

Rental Categories

Premium LED Trucks

Eicher Pro 2075 with 205 sqft three-side displays for major campaigns and large-scale events.

Standard Mini LED Trucks

Mahindra Veero with 120 sqft displays for city-wide navigation and local branding campaigns.

Compact LED Vans

Tata Ace Gold and Ashok Leyland models for dense urban areas and targeted outreach.

Operational Terms

Our LED video wall services operate under specific conditions to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction:

Operating Hours

Standard Hours: 09:00 AM - 09:00 PM

Days: Monday - Saturday

Sunday: Closed (Emergency services available)

Extended Hours: Available at additional cost

Coverage Area

Daily Coverage: Maximum 80 km per day

Primary Service Area: Entire Kerala State

Additional Areas: Tamil Nadu, Karnataka (surcharge applies)

Pan South India: Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and neighbouring states

Service Conditions

Weather Conditions: Outdoor services may be rescheduled due to severe weather
Technical Support: On-call support available during operating hours
Content Requirements: Client must provide approved content 48 hours before deployment
Site Access: Client must ensure safe access for vehicle deployment
Power Supply: Client must provide adequate power source for stationary setups

Booking & Cancellations

Our booking process is designed to ensure smooth service delivery and fair cancellation policies:

Booking Requirements

Advance Booking: Minimum 48 hours notice required
Deposit: 25% advance payment to confirm booking
Documentation: Valid ID and address proof required
Content Approval: All content must be pre-approved
Site Survey: May be required for large installations

Cancellation Policy

48+ hours notice: Full refund of advance payment
24-48 hours notice: 50% refund of advance payment
Less than 24 hours: No refund of advance payment
No-show: Full payment charged
Force Majeure: Full refund for unavoidable circumstances

Liability & Insurance

Our liability and insurance coverage are designed to protect both parties during service delivery:

Our Liability

We provide comprehensive insurance coverage for all our equipment and vehicles
Our liability is limited to the cost of service for technical failures
We are not responsible for content provided by clients
We are not liable for consequential damages or business losses
Force majeure events (natural disasters, civil unrest) exempt us from liability

Client Responsibilities

Client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and permissions
Client must ensure crowd control and safety during deployment
Client is liable for any damage caused by misuse of equipment
Client must provide accurate information about venue and access conditions
Client is responsible for content compliance with local regulations

Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we follow a structured resolution process:

Initial Discussion: Direct communication between parties to resolve issues amicably
Formal Complaint: Written complaint submitted to our management team
Mediation: Optional third-party mediation if direct resolution fails
Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to Kollam, Kerala jurisdiction
Arbitration: Final binding arbitration as per Indian Arbitration Act
